We believe that an order of service should reflect the individual's life. That's why we created

3 packages, allowing you to personalise with your text and images.

 

Our 'Ruby' package consists of a 100% bespoke design based on a theme - whether that be a sport,

a hobby, a favourite flower, or a holiday destination. We will try and represent the individual the

best that we can.

Below, you'll find our packages, the 4 templates we offer as part of the Sapphire and Emerald

packages, and 2 examples of what we can produce as part of the Ruby package.

How Does it Work?

1.

Choose a package (see above)

2.

Pick a template (see below) OR decide on a theme if you’ve chosen the Ruby package

3.

Email Us with your choices, including the number of copies & when you would like the Orders of Service

4.

We will send you a tailored invoice

5.

Once payment is made, email us over all of the text and images you want to include

6.

We’ll design it & then send you a proof to approve

7.

We’ll then finalise your Orders of Service and prepare them for digital distributing or printing

8.

We will email you any digital copies, and any printed booklets will be delivered straight to your door

Blue Flowers
This simplistic template has elegant corner decoration.

Below are the 4 templates that we offer as part of the Sapphire and Emerald packages.

When it comes to the text, it will be replaced with your own information along with the images. You can also change or reorder the headings to fit the preferred order. Depending on the package, the number of pages and images are also changeable. To navigate between the pages, simply click the arrows.

Bespoke Design Examples
As part of the Ruby package

Our most popular package is the Ruby package which allows you to completely personalise the design of the order of service to reflect the life of the individual. This can be any theme you like from a sport or a band to a hobby or a favourite flower.

Below we have selected 2 of the Ruby orders of service that we have produced for families to show how we can customise a design to fit around any theme.

Disclaimer: All names, images and identifying details have been changed to protect the privacy of the families. We have also added placeholder text in place of any eulogies or readings specific to the deceased.

Wolves Theme
This gentleman was a lifelong supporter of Wolverhampton Wanderers and the family wanted to reflect this in the design using the team's colours.

Wood Carving
This gentleman's passion was in wood work and wood carving. The family wanted this to feature in the order of service so we decided to include carved designs as footers and borders.

What to Consider When Planning & Writing Your Order of Service

There are some key pieces of information that you need to think about when planning the context of your order of service. Below are some different elements to consider when emailing us. You may or may not want to include all of these or may think of elements that we haven't listed below.​
 

  1. The name of your loved one 

  2. The date of birth and the date of passing.

  3. A photo of the loved one (for the front cover)

  4. The location, time & date of the Funeral, Service, Cremation or Wake

  5. Entrance Hymn or Music on Entrance

  6. Welcome

  7. Introduction

  8. Opening Prayer

  9. Bible Reading or Poem

  10. Memories of your loved one/eulogies

  11. Committal

  12. Lord's Prayer

  13. Exit Song

  14. A photo of remembrance.

  15. Thank You
